Gesture controlled Power Android in Automation Room
In many ways, Disabled people are deprived of the pleasure of enjoying a normal life. In these days, owning a smartphone in your hand solve many issues and hold most of the information around the world. For the disabled people who lose their routine life, I have implemented a system which provides comfort in their four walled world. The model addresses the problem that disabled people face when accessing the new systems and technologies that are available nowadays. The model uses gesture recognition tool which has been used to control the activating the electronic home appliances using Bluetooth module. For this, an Android application of the algorithm has been developed which gives an interactive user interface where the user must tilt the smartphone's in the direction of his desired movement and the degree of tilt decides which devices to be turned on. The Application uses smartphones inbuilt accelerometer, processor and Bluetooth as a processing unit and data transmitter.
